January is a time when many of us look to reset, to review lifestyles and mindsets, check our diets and generally find ways to improve our wellbeing.
Tools for Healthy Living (or Tools for Managing Your Health and Wellbeing) will help you do just that. This 12-week workshop series focuses on improving the overall health of people of all ages and is of benefit also to those who are managing pain. It may assist to people to age more healthily and help anyone with a chronic condition, whether physical or behavioral, to manage their health. The classes provide you with the self-management tools to make a positive difference in your life.
All the classes are virtual, so you can participate from home, or from any convenient location. Once you have registered, you’ll receive a free book to accompany the course. The last day to register is 1/21/21
