RI 2023 State Plan on Aging Survey

The Rhode Island Office of Healthy Aging is pleased to share with you the 2023 State Plan on Aging Community Survey. As an agency, OHA is committed to understanding the needs of older Rhode Islanders to ensure everyone has the opportunity to age healthy and safe in our state. The State Plan on Aging Survey has been created for RI residents aged 62 and older. Responses to the survey are anonymous. Participation will help OHA identify areas of need and strategize for future planning and investment through the 2023 State Plan on Aging.

The online version of the survey can be found via the links below or directly on OHA’s website. We know that access or comfort with technology varies from person to person physical copies of the survey have been made available throughout the state. If you would like to know where hard copies can be found please contact Dr. Tonya Glantz at Rhode Island College, tglantz@ric.edu / 401-456-4626. The survey will only be active for a short period of time closing next week 3/24. Please help us by spreading the word and encouraging older Rhode Islanders to participate.
