Joan Kwiatkowski is the CEO of CareLink, a nonprofit health management services organization and the PACE Organization of RI, both based in RI. The mission of CareLink is to develop a quality aging services network that provides oversight across the care continuum. PACE is an integrated care model that serves frail elders who wish to age in place. Joan’s innovative style and experience has made her a leader in improving the long term care industry.
