Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies to Host the 2024 Ivory Prize Housing Innovation Summit

With over 11 million older adults facing housing cost burdens—spending over 30% of their income on housing—affordability is a growing crisis.This strain affects their ability to age in place, increases the risk of social isolation, and exacerbates health challenges such as falls and chronic illness.
