Application Deadline is Friday For The Senior Fellows Program

We have partnered with Leadership Rhode Island to launch the Senior Fellows Program, an 8-week summer program geared to lifting the voices, knowledge, and vision of Rhode Island residents 62 and older. This program is offered at no cost to participants but does require a formal application. Applications for the program close on Friday, May 12th.

Am I Eligible to Apply? 

You might consider applying for the Senior Fellows Program if:

  • You are 62 or older
  • You are interested in increasing your awareness of civic issues in Rhode Island
  • You would like to engage with a diverse network of leaders
  • You are able to provide your own transportation to and from session days

What to Expect

Participants will meet a diverse group of leaders from across the state working on challenges related to transportation, food insecurity, arts and culture, housing, and more. In addition, participants will expand their civic possibilities by learning different ways to engage with their interests and passions at the state and local level.
