Age-Friendly Funding Opportunity: Tufts Health Plan Foundation’s Systems & Best Practices and Collaboration & Community Engagement grant programs

The Tufts Health Plan Foundation is accepting letters of intent for Systems and Best Practices and Collaboration and Community Engagement grants to community organizations working on age-friendly issues. The deadline to apply is Friday, January 24, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Reference the Foundations’s website for more information about how to apply.

Those interested in submitting a letter of intent are invited to  Register for the information session on December 10 from 2-3 p.m. The webinar will cover the application process,overarching strategies, and the impact the Foundation intends to make with their investments. If you have specific questions that you would like addressed, please include them on the registration form as there is time allotted for Q&A.
