Health Impact Collaborative of Greater Westerly: Older Adult Health Action Team

The Health Impact Collaborative of Greater Westerly is a partnership of citizens and organizations who aim to improve the health of the community through meaningful collaboration and key stakeholder engagement. Their most recent health improvement planning process sparked development of an exciting new action team on older adult health. The Older Adult Health Action Team will convene on Thursday, September 12 from 9am-11am at the Henry J. Nardone Conference Center in Westerly Hospital. On the agenda, is a review of community health assessment data related to older adult health, an update from us at Age Friendly RI and a planning session for local action.
