[Resource] Point32Health Foundation 2025 Annual Report

The Point32Health Foundation recently released its 2025 Annual Report, detailing the collective impact of investments made by the Foundation and Point32Health’s Corporate Citizenship programs. Through its family of companies (including Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan, and CarePartners of Connecticut) the organization demonstrated a continued commitment to community well-being and health equity. In 2025, the Foundation and corporate programs contributed a total of $13.7 million to community organizations. These resources were distributed through a variety of channels, including grants, sponsorships, matching gifts, volunteer time, and in-kind donations.

Rhode Island remained a key area of focus for these community investments. During this period, 20 Rhode Island organizations received grants totaling nearly $1.2 million to support local health and wellness initiatives. A significant portion of the Foundation’s work remains focused on age-friendly initiatives and championing equity in the aging process. By partnering with research institutions and local advocates, the Foundation provides necessary insights to help community leaders understand health trends and improve engagement for older adults. These efforts ensure that advocates have access to the data needed to understand the specific health trends impacting their communities, fostering an environment where all individuals have the opportunity to live healthy, engaged lives as they age.

More detail on the Foundation’s work is available in their 2025 Annual Report and the Rhode Island State Impact Report.
